Ricky Chawla graduated as an accountant but quickly realised he wanted more and a passion for property was born. With a successful career in the City he started on property projects initially with refurbishments in the London market. This developed into developing sites and constructing new builds and commercial ventures. Today this has manifested itself into a portfolio of projects that have stood the test of time.

Starting with a small set of apartment buildings, we have grown to develop high end residential and commercial properties. We purchase and develop for our own portfolio.
Our team of architects, designers and builders have created award winning designs. We are constantly looking for further development opportunities.
A portion of our annual earnings is invested to local non-profits to help make a difference in our community. We try to be as carbon neutral as possible.
