Built in contemporary black brick, this apartment block featured real wood floors, German kitchens and real brick internal walls.

This was a complete regeneration of a commercial premises which the customer wanted to 1st Fit stage. This included new Phase 3 electrics, full basement tanking and new stair case. The frontage was also completely revised and ready for letting.
